You can register via Facebook or via email.

After you are registered and logged in, search for the business you would like to review and click on the "Rate and Review" button to start the review process. Once completed, the reviews go through a moderation process. 

If approved, the review will be live on that business's profile. If the review needs to be amended, then you will receive an email notification with suggestions on how to improve the review and you can resubmit it.
