Read the tips on what makes a good review and what makes a poor review. Reviews can be positive or negative as either reflects your experience with the business. If you have a negative experience, we encourage you to reach out directly to the business first to give them a chance to resolve the issue. We believe businesses want to do right by the Members and promote a positive goodwill. A review written after communicating directly with the business regardless of the outcome will be more helpful to other Members as you will have also experienced their customer service.

Remember, your opinions are generally protected, but false information could have legal ramifications (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libel).
