Let us start things off on the Wellistic homepage. 

Move your cursor over to the "Become A Member" button located in the top right of the homepage and click.

Fill in the fields starting with "Full Name". After you enter your information in each of the fields, click on the box agreeing to Wellistic terms of service and privacy policy. 

Once that box has been checked, click the register button. 

At this point you will receive a text message containing a numbered verification code. 

 Input the verification code in the "Enter Code" field and click the Submit button. 

Now you can Login to find your next health and wellness provider as well as leave reviews, connect with friends and family, plus share your wellness journey with the community. Welcome to Wellistic!
