Reset your password by completing the following steps.
1) Starting from the Wellistic homepage click on the "Login" button located on the top right of the page.
2) A window will pop up. Click the blue "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the window.
3) Enter the Email Address associated with the profile that you want to reset the password.
4) After entering the email address click the button
5) You will receive an email from Wellistic Admin which will include a link. Click the link to bring up a screen with fields to enter a New Password and Re-Enter Password.
6) Type in the fields New Password and Re-Enter Password.
7) Press the button
